This is exactly what I was searching for a while but am so glad you did this video.. I have been making this for a month now but I was finding that it wasn't right..my mistake was how the potatoes were over boiled that it tend to break a loot, second I used to make my butter wid normal white flour... Thank you for this recipe it definitely gave me an upgrade on my cooking skills

I use baby potatoes and red garlic chutney, and you can also use slice of bread instead of chickpea flour to cover it, you can cut the slide of bread slice, make it wet and squeeze it around potato and let it dry and dip fry.. I like your recipe learned something different.

I think if you make a green chutney with nuts, and puree it really well, the chutney will be thick enough.

You sure can just make sure that the chutney is thick so it sticks on the potato otherwise you will not get the great chutney taste.
