At 5:40 I know exactly what Lauren is talking about because I've ALWAYS loved Clearest Blue for example but it was renewed and rejuvenated when Heartstopper featured it in Episode 3. Now I listen to it every single day again like I used to when it first came out. I love CHVRCHES so much.

It's amazing how beautifully Lauren Mayberry has aged. Even today with little makeup she looks absolutely gorgeous; truly stunning. One of the most naturally beautiful women I have ever seen. She is perfect.

I'm slowly listening and re listening to a few of their songs. (Most of their songs). lol. I hope you keep writing and singing and having fun much longer. Sorry to sound selfish. The mysterious man who found "drinking bleach down on the beach" problematic was clearly Hideo Kojima. This song is probably written for his next video game as its so narrative driven, they worked on Death Stranding and that features a beach, plus the Japanese are careful about such dark imagery.

Would love to see a collab of them again in DS2. But I'm not quite as sure that this Kojima would dislike this one. I actually can quite picture him just "wow, that's perfect. How it wasn't written by me?". And you know... Kojima is the guy who give a greenlight to a scene where a BABY is f**king shot and we see that little thing bleeding on the floor. Anyway... I would love to have a little more Chvrches in the second game, it was such an amazing surprise to me on the credits of the first game (I just recently finished it this year on PC).
