The two speakers say that a relative peace has been experienced until recently but try asking that to the people in the Middle East. Interestingly the Kursk incursion is described as tactical whereas the Pokrovsk threat is described as strategic. Again well educated people are glossing over the fact that the serious military view is that the Kursk incursion will become a major disaster for Ukraine.

Before the Kursk invasion, Ukraine achieved a 1:4 casualty ratio in the Donbas, that is gone now. A “significant tactical achievement” indeed.
