Makes me wonder if the greasey places are just keeping their fry oil temp too low because they're too cheap to pay the extra energy costs? Oh, and eating food with bones is great. Using your face to scrape flesh from the bone of a dead creature is a sublime act that makes the food taste even better. Bring on the bone cake!

That wouldn't make any difference what do ever because if the temperatures was to low the chicken would be under cooked and plus the hot plate what keeps all the chicken hot actually costs the most of the electric believe it or not!!!!

@@cjsvids8760Frying oil that‘s not quite hot enough usually does not result in undercooked food, but in not crispy, very greasy food. Also there‘s no way you tell me electrically warming up the plates takes more energy than heating buckets of oil in a big fryer😂
