Agree our political system is stupid by all means... no wonder not even half the population do not vote.

The people who choose not to vote blame the political system for their lack of participation instead of themselves-weak argument. Take responsibility for whether you vote. Can you imagine if everyone eligible to vote, actually cast an informed ballot? So many people sit at home and complain. At least vote BEFORE complaining. : ) People have fought and given their life so others may vote in this world; some are still denied that right. Cherish the right to vote and our democracy. Trump has shown us how perilously close we were/are to losing it.

@@LJ-xr5th Agree however is not majority that rules nowadays... their lies the problem. For a small population we have to many minority parties represented and it's these minority parties that have the power to form a government... This is why some people are frustrated with our voting system, it's not perfect but it allows equal say.
