i was at this exact show in toronto and it was my first ever concert. best decision of my life was to pay those 200 bucks but its now a night i can remember forever. they played and sang beautifully. literally the best night of my life

It must have been a challenge for them to find a good balance of fan favs and new tracks as well as deciding on the number of songs in the set while still maintaining their health given a 44-show run over a span of 3 months, and then still have the energy to go again for another 19 shows a month later!

No opener. Seems like they start 1.5-2hrs after doors open. For this show, doors were 7 and they hit the stage at 9, plenty of time to buy merch! 🙂

Singing out loud for the entire show would be rude since people paid to hear their favorite artist sing, not to hear some off-key fan. It's about picking your moments like what you hear the audience doing appropriately in this video. They did an amazing job at feeding their energy to the band and you could tell Greg really appreciated it. At the end of the show it looked like he didn't even want to really leave the stage but wanted to keep going with the crowd's awesome vibe!

@@sesipro i’ve always been to shows where ppl are singing every word of the whole show or in some cases mosh-pitting. never been to a show like this where you’re supposed to absorb the silent energy and send it back silently to the artist

Yeah it definitely depends on the band. I think as long as your voice isn't so loud that you're overpowering the artist it's fine. Or you know, let it out for a few verses during those moments where everyone is probably going to be singing, like the chorus, then chill for a bit. It's all about reading the room. But I would definitely rather hear someone into the music singing along than people not even focused on the music and loudly talking about stuff that has nothing to do with the artist or the show, now that's the most annoying. Like why the hell did you even bother to attend?
