Damn, that is a killer tune. Thanks for turning me on to this track. It's really cool how the drums have a dub style production almost. Hip sound for sure.

I can totally see why you are obsessed with this track! This one is definitely going to stick with me the same way that “No Werewolf” by The Frantics did. Stuff like this makes for great lessons! Thanks!

I've got those T-Armonds but haven't put them in yet. I'm trying to figure out what pot values I want to use. Do you know what pot and cap values you have in there? Killer sound.
@DEATHRAYCAT3 жыл бұрын
I left the stock ones in but I am told that different pots would make a big difference. It’s something I might try out in future.

@@DEATHRAYCAT Thanks. I think I might go with 1megs. I keep reading that's what they used "back in the day" and it seems we are always chasing after some vintage tones. Thanks for the input though. It's so much easier to swap this stuff out in a solid body guitar. Haha.

Cool Stuff. Can you provide Musical notation to Patrons?
@DEATHRAYCAT3 жыл бұрын
For now I just make tablature PDFs for may patreon, although musical notation could be a possibility if there was enough demand for it! Thank you 🙏🏻

Hey man, I feel like we may have or actually did meet eons ago. Had a psychobilly band Johnny Love and Speed together in the 90s out of Baltimore/Brooklyn and before that toured opening for the Phantom Rockers for a year in the states and before that played in the Back Alley Gators. I dont know, my memory is an open can of soda left next to a fire pit. Wondering if you're playing/touring blah blah questions and questions. I'm about 80% done finishing a new solo album, wanna touch base with you and such and stuff. You know what I mean. Message me and we'll figure out the best way to IM because I know everybody's shit is different. And great videos on here, man! Look forward to them. Cheers~ Johnny Love

Hey Johnny Love! I’m not sure if we met but I like the cut of your jib. Maybe we did, I will ping you a message, my memory is like a window cleaners lunchbox. Thanks for the kind words pal! Cheers! 🍻

Gave me a good laugh. If you like this, give a listen to the spaghetti-western themes from the seventies, especially those starring Clint Eastwood. I don't know if Enrico is still living, but if he is, I'd say he should have a pretty good case for a copyright challenge. The similarities are "remarkable", to say the least. Reminded me of when I was a teenager and I was shocked to discover that half of the "new songs" filling the charts were simply remakes of songs from twenty to thirty years earlier. Didn't make the songs any less enjoyable, just taught me an important lesson as to what is truly "new". I enjoy your posts, your videos are among the better.

Typo: should have read Ennio not Enrico. For A Fistful of Dollars I could have typed it correctly!
