A great iconic and nostalgic Rock N'Roll song from a terrific band from the 1960's that is not given enough credit as very talented musicians. Their music and words are so easy to understand and listen to. Relaxing and smooth.

The flat guitar is obvious but I see it as two positives: this demonstrates how free and open we were to new music back then (compared to today) and honestly it makes the song sound earthier, grittier.

It doesn't get much better than this ladies and gentlemen... nice lyrics and beautifully melodic instrumentals... :-) This song easily makes my top all time 50 rock/pop song list. @MrSlipstreem Жыл бұрын
It's the enormous amount of wow & flutter that bothers me most of all. It sounds as though there was probably a huge lump of ferric oxide stuck on the capstan of the mastering deck. This points to at least one incompetent engineer in the studio, so I suppose it's hardly surprising that the badly tuned guitar was missed also. Never mind, you cleaned it up quite nicely in other respects.

An "out-of-tune" guitar! What the hell is this guy talking about? Is he, as is said, "for real"? The original version of "Love Is All Around" by The Troggs contains its finest arrangement along with lead singer Reg Presley's definitive vocals; the violin contribution is especially effective! The so-called "enhanced" version is -- what? -- louder? Its sound more distinctive? As if that somehow renders the telling original less so! Alas! Seems the accessibility to comment, made possible by the Internet, brings no end of such foolish commentators out of the proverbial woodwork!
