you dont have to use wipping cream you can use koolwip instead

nice video! i have been making this cake, same recipe, for years. instead of water or club soda: ginger-ale soda works great. you can also make the frosting by using cool whip (whipped cream). mix cool whip with a box or two of the instant pistachio pudding..........Delicious!!

very nice cake, but I was looking for a little more moisture. when that cake is broken into the cake moved with the piece cut. I would think with the pudding would have brought more moisture. adding sour cream will bring that missing moisture. but pretty cake. i'm going to try it. but add a little more moist! Thank you for the video though!
