1. Warm milk - 250 ml.
2. Sugar - 50 g (2 1/2 tablespoons)
3. Dry yeast - 7 g (1 1/2 teaspoons)
4. Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoon or vanilla sugar - 8-10 g
5. Medium egg (65 g) - 1 pc.
6. Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - 480 g
8. Unsalted butter - 50 ml

9. Sugar - 5 tablespoons
10. Cinnamon - 2 tablespoons
11. Almond slices
✅ Meringue:
1. Egg whites - 3 medium eggs or 2 large
2. Salt - a pinch
3. Powdered sugar - 80 g
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) - 25 minutes.
