Thank you for sharing this wonderful video! I am looking forward to trying it. Was specifically looking for a recipe without sugar and using egg whites. I am not a fan of stevia so I will just use the cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. I am sure they will be delicious!

These nuts turned out wonderful, even my son loved them and he rarely eats nuts. As a experiment, i also made some chocolate pecans. I exchanged the almonds for pecans, added 1 1/2 TBSP of cocoa, 1/2 tsp instant expresso powder and extra sweetener to taste. You may need a tsp or so of water to loosen the mixture. These are dangerous, they taste like a brownie yet are crispy. My new snack to take a movie.
