Cinnamon Roll Buns | Cream cheese glaze | A must try!

What's for dessert! Look no further, have a go at my moist and delicious cinnamon rolls with step by step directions. I am sure you won't be able to resist these buns.
DOUGH
4 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 packet or 2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs at room temperature
CINNAMON FILLING
1 cup Brown sugar
3 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
*1/3 cup warm melted butter (buttering the dough)
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
40z or 113g Cream cheese (soften)
1/4 cup Butter (soften)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/8 cup or 2-4 tbsp heavy cream
