I have a family situation close to this, my aunt in Alabama is taking care her mom in a nursing home, my uncle started asking her for money about a month ago, while my aunt has her own family and I live half way across the county with my uncle in the house next to mine, I hardly know him. The first time I saw him was when I was about 10-12. Now he comes over more and I hear him and my parents in the patio asking for some money and he uses his social anxiety and depression as a excuse.
