Thank you for the video! I think one of the reasons why it is so crowded is the cruise ships that bring a lot of people in that area. Otherwise it is not that easy to access.

By the way, there is Trenitalia mobile application, completely in English, you can use it to buy tickets, search for a schedule and so on. Very easy to use, I travelled in Italy by train this year and never used those kiosks.

Avoid unless you like being cattle on a train headed for Auschwicz. If you are planning on spending hard earned savings, please do your research and be mentally prepared for massive crowds, the great Italian rip off and avoid La Spezia. The train station is typically seedy. Like many in Italy,
