This is awesome! Colin has always been one of my favorite guitarists so this is really cool to learn about what gear he uses.

Hilarious he gets heat from Dustin about the Pod but this guy has his own sonic charm and his if it ain’t broke don’t fix it attitude is what makes his stuff unique. Honestly refreshing to see such a setup reminds me of the old days. Anywho,This duder writes some killer stuff mannnn

Forever one of my favorite bands. The shot of them at the metro is beautiful too. Thanks Reverb and Thanks Colin :)

Boy, I totally dig the old school pedals. Newer is not always better, but always more expensive. Now that I've said that, I'll head to reverb and make plans to sell my old gear for newer, more complicated stuff that takes me away from actually learning my instrument. Yesssss!

Fearing change can be a good thing and a bad thing in the gear world that’s a good thing. Less money spent on new pedals that will be outdated at some point and classify as vintage. I see he is now using a helix tho I’m very happy for this guy for that. actually all the members are using a helix now shows how in two years how much has changed.

Anthony Jaber Interesting! Those things are great if I had the bones I’d splurge but it looks like I have enough with my Carvin V3 and Orange 2x12 I def see a Line 6 HX Effects in my future though

You see this is why boss pedals are fucking awesome. You see how rusty the inputs are on the pitch shifter? Dudes probably had the pedal for years and it’s still kicking. Other pedal companies need to step it up * cough cough* tc electronics

@newidenityguitarizt6 жыл бұрын
haha that is the saddest pedalboard I have seen.. no kidding he fears change because there is so many great better new pedals.. but it just goes to show you don't have to have the most expensive rig to sound good. And no amazing pedal can outdo creativity in songwriting.

im amazed he mistook the vibrato as a flanger. dude seems pretty clueless

chaz32 yeah, but it's like a carpenter whose been building for decades not knowing the difference between a table saw and router
@noahjarman29026 жыл бұрын
Yeah but who cares what the difference is between a table saw and a router if what you build is beautiful.
@Chickenjuggle6 жыл бұрын
Yeah man, after hearing him describe all the particular nuances of how he uses his pedals, I definitely thought he was clueless after him mistake vibrato for flanger on a pedal he uses twice.
