Eating the same time every day is the hardest for me.

@@MikeCola When at work I can manage that. I'm then 'forced' into rythms. But when having days off, everything is overboard. Though not the healthy foods, and not the amount of sleep.

#1 maintain a consistent wake up and sleep schedule #2 eat your meals at the same time everyday - limit snacking best to have none #3 get early morning sunlight

I can't do this as i work 4 days a week getting up at 04.30 am and my 3 days off i get up at 07.00 am No way am i getting up at 04.30 on my days off work 😮
