If your using the plug, start with your tip outside the cut, blow through, then without letting off of the high pressure, slide the point into the punch mark. Try to make it a smooth transition and just start your radius cut immediately after you drop in to the punch mark. What this does is make it where you don’t have a blow through hole in your part. If you’re using the hole, do the opposite. When you get used to it, you won’t even need to grind. Unless you’re going to weld on it.

Do they make them for plasma setup? That would be sweet deal for my hypertherm

You can make 1 out of a piece of 1” flat bar drill a 1/4” hole then measure whatever the radius of a circle you want then drill a hole for the drag tip to fit in. Drill a 1/4” hole in the center of the circle you want and put a bolt . It works pretty good just have to weld the hole up when your done and it’s cheap

They will be here shortly

Hypertherm makes them. They fit straight onto the torch. Edit; Because y’all have a drag tip you don’t need the outrigger wheel. You can still use the wheel if you want it’s just not necessary.

I didn’t quite understand how you adjust the radius of the cut. I can see how to raise and lower the torch up or down towards the steel using the wingnut. Or does it just come with a few different pre-set sizes of that L shaped attachment Like 1” 2” 4” or something like that? Stay blessed bro EDIT: Watched the B roll and first cut again. I see how to increase or decrease the arc now

This particular cutting device looks good but, I noticed that you didn’t show cutting a bigger radius, such as in the range of 8” to 12” in diameter. Little diameter like what you did there of about 5-6 dia is the maximum for this cutter device.
