@電車の動画 -Train Movies-: All the existing stations have definitely seen increasing development around their surrounding areas, most notably Osaki Station. What makes that station the most notably developed is because of these two reasons. Note that some of this information is sourced from Wikipedia, and may not reflect with the time this footage was taken. 1) Now, as of December 2019, JR and Sotetsu have now opened a bit over half of what is called the “Sotetsu JR Link Line”. JR and Sotetsu through service trains enter the Tōkaido Freight Line once leaving Hazawa Yokohama-Kokudai Station, via the Tokyo-side of Hazawa-Yokohama-Kokudai Station, then enter JR Yokosuka Line tracks near Tsurumi Station, and after that they share the same route as the JR Shōnan-Shinjuku Line, heading inbound towards Musashi-Kosugi, Ōsaki, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, and head further north towards Ōmiya and Kawagoe, via the JR Saikyō and JR Kawagoe Lines. JR and Sotetsu published a joint press release on 16 July 2019 which summarised the line's train operations. Trains operate from Ebina on the Sotetsu Main Line, via Nishiya, Musashi-Kosugi, and enter the Saikyō Line at Ōsaki. These trains mostly terminate at Shinjuku. In the morning rush hours, some trains go further north towards Musashi-Urawa, Ōmiya, Sashiōgi (where the JR Kawagoe Line depot is located), and as far as Kawagoe. A total of 46 round trips are operated every day, with a rush-hour frequency of 4 trains per hour, and off-peak frequency of 2-3 trains per hour. The line is partially open, but when the line is fully completed, the fastest travel time would be 44 minutes between Futamatagawa and Shinjuku, 45 minutes between Yamato and Shibuya, and 36 minutes between Ebina and Musashi-Kosugi. 2) Now, as of August 6, 2018, SEGA, best known for their iconic and still popular “Sonic the Hedgehog” franchise, now has its headquarters near Osaki Station. SEGA’s original headquarters were originally located in the Ota ward of Tokyo near Otorii Station (which isn’t on the JR Yamanote Line, but rather on the private Keikyu Airport Line). However, Sega Sammy Holdings announced in April 2017 that it would relocate its head office functions and domestic subsidiaries to Shinagawa by January 2018. This was to consolidate scattered head office functions including Sega Sammy Holdings, Sammy Corporation, Sega Holdings, Sega Games, Atlus, Sammy Network, and Dartslive. This also allowed SEGA employees who normally use the JR Lines (especially the JR Yamanote Line) to get to SEGA’s to have fewer transfers along the route. After the relocation to Shinagawa was complete, Sega's previous headquarters was later sold in February 2019 and has likely been torn down. Speaking of both SEGA and the “Sonic the Hedgehog” franchise respectively, the private TWR Rinkai Line (in which many trains continue beyond Osaki onto the JR Saikyō Line (which in turn has some trains continuing beyond Ōmiya Station onto the JR Kawagoe Line)) also takes you to the to the official headquarters of Marza Animation Planet, SEGA’s CGI animation division that’s worked on the animation of the cutscenes for the newer Sonic games since 2008’s Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity. The Marza Animation Planet headquarters is accessible from Tennozu Isle Station, which is not only on the TWR Rinkai Line, but also on the Tokyo Monorail Haneda Airport Line, in which the monorail alone is accessible from the JR Yamanote Line via Hamamatsucho Station. This is probably another factor on why Sega Sammy Holdings relocated its head office and domestic subsidiaries to Shinagawa.

Is there any video that shows the crossing from Shinagawa to Osaki on the left side tracks where the NEX runs?
@-trainmovies-7 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment. Are you referring to one part of this video? ( 51:34 ) The track on which NEX runs is the Yokosuka Line track. There is no Yokosuka line in my channel, but running right next to it is the Tokaido Shinkansen. It is not a front view, but there is a video of the train window. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pIqQhoiGepeknacsi=nXYfPtIzxjc-m51n It starts around 6 minutes 46 seconds into the video at the URL above.

@@hunabku23 Thank you for your reply. I think we have to do our best so as not to be ashamed of the image of Japanese people in foreign countries. Because it is the achievements of Japanese ancestors. Thank you.
