Thank you! If you want some absolutely belter metal bass covers though check out Pirate Bass and Leoplaysbass - they do tabs as well

What are your settings on the bass and the DG pedal??
@baldbassguy95287 күн бұрын
Everything flat on the bass with back two pickups engaged (stingray mode basically) On the X Ultra: Low comp - 2 o’clock Low Level - 12 o’clock High level - 3 o’clock High Drive - 2 o’clock High pass and low pass filter all the way on. EQ: everything flat but slight boost to taste at 15khz and 250hz I did a bit of tweaking before recording this but that’s roughly where I leave everything as default!

@ Thanks so much! I love the tone you captured in this video, and I wanted to try and recreate it on my X ultra pedal as well! Do you have any other effects running in the signal chain?

Not a bother! And thank you very much 🤘 no that was it, straight from the pedal into the DAW. Only thing I’ll say is the strings were brand new and the super low tuning definitely contributed to the overall tone. The same settings didn’t sound as ‘thick’ once i adjusted the bass for standard tuning again. Hope that helps!
