A simple and effective cardio workout for beginners. It's a total of 3 cycle and a 30 seconds for each exercises. Rest for 2 minutes for each cycle interval, for recovery. Enjoy! :)

Janex T Mraz y, no problem! Just allow 20-30 seconds each exercises, then a 2minute rest each cycle. Then just repeat the cylce 3x. Have fun! :)
