This is freaking awesome. I live in GRR and am a huge Lions fan myself - this is the year!

Loved this one. So peaceful to watch all the way through. Loved what you mentioned about “I could hand fly it” but choosing not to for task management especially while in hard IMC! Looking forward to more!!

Nice video! Wow, what're the odds of seeing your old plane...

I loved this video and have always thought that I would follow my Broncos with an airplane if I had the financial status.

Thanks, for sure a bucket list item. Very lucky to be able to do it. Wife and I are doing the same thing to Indy tomorrow! I’ll be filming.

Awesome flying I believe your approach is due to a TFR that’s placed over the stadium.

You literally flew right over my house on your muskegon approach tonight as I was watching this. 😂 I sometimes check flight radar24 when I hear a fly over and there you were

Ha! Thats wild! Good IMC night approach this evening.. along with gusty winds/rain.

Loved this content, Scott! I think you had butter nutter mouth on this one ! 😂 I'm still looking forward to being at your leavel at some point. Congrats on the 92% !!!! I will take what you said along with me on my flight training, too. Just take a minute to think before i speak to ATC. Ground school ends December 18th, and then i am in the pilot seat in January! Can't wait! My Saints are off this week. But Lions are my follow-up team. They are having another great game today! I'm looking forward to the Indy content! Dave@YXU

Great Split View. Can you zoom in on the bottom camera? It would be great to see more of the instruments.

I need to do that, I’ll work on it

Quick question if I may, landing @ KGRR I noticed you used 50% flaps, was this a decision based on wind strength that you did not use full laps on final ?, enjoying your vlogs on the G7 as I’ll be making my decision to purchase the same model in the new year so your videos help with that decision 😉👍
@flying_scottАй бұрын
Yep, strong winds, plenty of runway.. went with 50%

Another great one Scott. How’d the commercial written go?

Thanks!! 92%, not horrible. But the weather has been so crappy, haven’t been able to work on refining those maneuvers. But logging lots of IFR 🤷🏻♂️ you have been putting out great stuff as well! Keep it up!

I like the video however, you really shouldn’t be talking about unrelated things during the sterile phases of flight. For example - you were talking with the passenger in the front seat about charter flying and such and you were high on the glide slope. Flying with friends and family especially you should be more strict so you don’t get complacent. Just my opinion, as plenty of planes crash yearly for this reason.

I agree 100% with your opinion, and it was one of the reasons I was high on the approach. My goal is to not be sloppy/complacent. Doesn't mean it wont happen, but capturing and debriefing will keep that in my memory to not let that be a common occurrence. Appreciate the feedback.
