As a former IT Computer Instructor and working in various IT Support and Networking roles for over 20 years, I would suggest CompTIA Sec+ instead of CCST as it's a more in demand cert by H/R and hiring mgr's AND a requirement for many Fed govt contractor jobs that require a security clearance. Actually a CCNA cert would even be better in quite a few cases as it will make you stand out more to recruiters and hiring mgr's.

I think that’s part of what you need. I would learn some Cisco cli so you can answer those questions. I believe skills for all has a direct course that aligns with this test

Alot of interviewers talk about this certification or that certification, but what are the best, high paying industries to look for employment.??? Federal agencies, like NSA, DIA possibly FBI, CIA. How about international oil and gas and construction companies. These being KBR, Fluor, Amentum maybe Chevron?? Lastly multinational banks Morgan Staney. Chase etc:,

@@weird2450 That’s not a good way to think about it in my opinion. Each question is weighted different so it depends. Get every question right and you’ll pass!

Does the exam allow you to see which questions you've answered incorrectly, but without giving you the answer so you can study accordingly.

There is no lab involved. You won't have to configure anything. They may show pictures of topologies or network tables but its just multiple choice, multiple answer, and drag and drop questions.
