Very nice!!! I have a lotus and a bamboo. Compared to the other several brands I own, Citadel is obviously the top. I keep the bamboo in perfect shape and honestly don't even handle it very often. The lotus gets used all the time. Yes, Citadel will show some wear. I think it looks good and is very minor. The edge holds up on the one I use. Happy enjoying, whatever that means with your sword! Side Note: I bought mine about 3 and 5 years ago. When shipped to the US they came very different. Both came in a section of large blue pipe with thick wood end caps nailed in place. Inside stuffed around the sword bag was lots of awesome newspaper and magazine pages from the region it was manufactured. I kind of like the old package more!
