Hey SJIN! a good idea for that waste water pollution you were talking about, would be to use the Terraform Tool (not sure if that's still a mod or if they added it into the game yet) and do exactly what you said in the video. create a dam for the waste water so it doesn't pollute the rest of the bay. just raise the land underneath the water to create a natural looking dam that retains the waste.

Sjin, rather than bulldozing a road, use the upgrade tool (button with ! in road menu). To change the direction of a one way road, use the upgrade tool with the same one way road, and click it. The direction should change.

Sjin your Novosplovo Square is more or less what Boston Common is surrounded by. Allbeit, I'm only 8.5 minutes in, so don't mind me, if it changes to not look like that.

Some Soviet buildings, trains and tams / buses would go great with this. This is Soviet Mass Transit after all! The USSR after all invested heavily in great, cheap, wide-reaching mass-transit systems in its town to the point of crushing the car users completely. Try doing this for added 'realism' Comrade! See how dreary and grey you can get your town to be!
