This watch is surprisingly good for the Price . I have the two tone gold with blue dial version and the side polishing of the case is EQUAL to a Grand Seiko Quartz that's like nearly 60x the price . Of course overall it's not as good as my GS . But it's certainly not 60x worse!

Citizen is a good company and they used to have quite a bit of market presence back in the 90s. You can’t go wrong with their watches.
