This may pl be looked by Government and DGP One more suggestion ls tp increase the number at all levels in the police system Psychological counselling and refresher training on behavioral aspects and situatiom handling techniques with out causing and damage to the image of police and government. Hope a time has come to think on this.

Sasikanth explanation are really important and good to know.The problem with law and order are police and politicians.Both are corrupt and they look after each other specially when illegal affairs take place.Both must be independent and must not interfere in each other’s duty.All the government appointments interviews must have life telecast to eradicate bribery and talented and eligible can be selected.Now selected candidates pay big amount of money to get the job, they are not worried about law and order but to get back the money they spend.During the election the voters get paid by the candidates.Once he becomes the MP he wants to make money.Therefore corruption and bribery are the very evils of the society.Here Bennix did not like the way the business community is treated by the police, when he said something his life was taken out.Custodial death and torture are the consequence of brutal behavior of police specially when the victim asserts his rights.Police will never accept they are wrong or responsible for the death.They gang up, even the innocent police officers will join hands with the one who commit crimes.We can blame everyone but the responsibility lies in the public, you have to follow the laws,wear the helmet,obey the traffic rules be a civic conscious citizen.Even then you may face problems but you have to stop the bribery and corruption. Unless these two are eradicated nothing will change.Very sad innocent father and son perished for the arrogance and vengeance of the police officers.Unless public change the attitude nothing will change.Make a loud voice, join hands and be brave.Technology is the best weapon, todays youth can bring massive difference and success.Humiliate the one take Bribe, even the family who enjoys the money, sad to do that but it will be deterrent, bring shame.If the youth can think and act then we can see the changes.Very often we think about human rights and the one living, what about the human rights of the dead?he cannot fight because he has no voice, please help him to restore his human rights.Let the father and son Rest In Peace.

*Please read my comments and do make awareness on this* Here is my suggestion, 1. All public should keep a hidden cctv focusing all police stations. 2. Public should use phone camera immediately while seeing violations mement it get started. 3. Public should record calls from cops with or without their permission. 4. All videos should be collected in a common website and to be linked to KZbin. 5. Like Supreme Court advocate Mr. Krishnamoorthy that website should be always on track to share legal suggestions. Please completely remove police custody, make custodial centers anyone who gets arrested should go to custodial centers, all they can do is just hand over the person to custody centers they can not take them to police station, the investigation should happen only by teleconferencing, custody centers should have no police, custody center should have private(not government) advocates who can get access right away after the arrest or give an arrested person access to call any advocate he wants to.
