Spot on mate seen the belt fault only once on a Berlingo checked and all fine so cleared fault EML went off and stop start returned could be wrong but I’m sure it’s programmed into it for set miles or age maybe hoping the main stealers will earn a few quid from it .

Great video. A nice simple way to do it. My only problem is that I bought the pat fluid and fill kit. When I connect to the fill pipe with the blue press buttons, the connection leaks. It’s almost as if it’s a fraction too short. Do I need to completely drop the tank and modify the connection for a better seal?

@@BeerGuy2345 was a while ago since I done it. If I can remember right I think it turned out I had the wrong fill kit. There were 4 different types.

I ended up dropping the tank. The colour coded connections were different which I couldn’t see until I had dropped it down. If I remember right it should have been the green connector

I have same car model. Eolys fluid was refilled but it only stopped the fault message 'low dpf additive', after I injected DPF cleaner spray through o2 sensor's hole the car went out of limp mode and the fault message ' risk of dpf clogging' cleared up and the dpf light went off but the other fault message 'engine fault, repair needed' is still there and it's because the dpf needs cleaning. What else can I pour into the DPF without removing it, can I fill it with 1 liter GAT dpf cleaning liquid or maybe 1 liter brake cleaner liquid or can it clog up the exhaust pipe?

Hi, I have a 2013 C4 1.6 HDI same car as in your video above...its on 82,000 i’ve recently bought the car and I had the “dpf risk of clogging” message pop up so I did a long motorway journey in 4th gear all the way 60mph ish maintaining between 3 and 4000rpm revs....on route home I no longer had the dpf message pop up..... Its been a few days and the message will pop up bringing up the dpf light too for a few seconds then disappear, like a flash. My question is, do you think my dpf fluid is running low? It is worth me checking for any fault codes with my small basic handheld diagnostic tool or shall I top up the fluid? If I top up the fluid have I got to use a special/fancy diagnostic tool like your one to tell the car fluid has been topped up or is this not essential? Only as I dont have access to fancy diagnostic equipment and I dont mind topping up the fluid myself. Thanks, Dan

It does need programming to tell exactly how much it's had as they don't have a level sensor in the tank so just goes on miles

@@lassydogpie5390 exactly, my light came on and the bag was just under half! I did top it up and reset the counters (difficult to do as there are TWO to find and reset using Diagbox).

Don't allow a regen. Cleaning is better and should be done for that price. Expensive for a regen
