Unfortunately not. But designer style Bertone and Citroën will work together and they realised BX, XM, ZX and Xantia serials cars.

Designwise more XM than BX, although the XM’s design is very much an elaboration of the BX (which, as the GS Camargue, was designed by Gandini at Bertone. The XM was indeed designed by Stile Bertone (but under the lead of Marc Deschamps, Gandini left to go freelance in 1980). However, Gandini actually did make a separate design proposal (even though not initially invited by Citroën Design), however this was rejected in favor of Bertone’s. Gandini’s XM design proposal arguably bore too much resemblance to the CX it was meant to replace, but at the same time much more bland than the sleek CX.

Bertone built one show car but Citroën was too supid to produce it.

Un très beau prototype de Citroën mais qui à mon avis n'a certainement rien à voir avec une GS mais plutôt avec une DS ou peut-être en rapport avec la SM. Il me semble bien en tout cas qu'il y ai un moteur de GS sous le capot. En tout cas, belle voiture comme savaient en faire les marques française ou les stylistes italiens, il semble y avoir le sigle Bertone sur les cotés.

Citroën owned Maserati from 1968-75. The rear treatment is a period design statement of Marcello Gandini at Bertone, who designed both the GS Camargue and the Khamsin. But I don’t really see a great deal of resemblance.
