Citrulline aapko daily lena jaruri hai. Jis din workout nahi hai us din aap total 6 grams citrulline 2-2-2 ki dose mein din mein 3 bar le skte hain. Jis din workout hai us din aap 6 grams workout se pahle le skte hain. Meal acha ho to bhi le skte hain. Simple words: 3 se 6 gram roj lena chahiye aapko.

Iska koi bhi side effect nahi hai. Lekin aap isko cycle kar lena. Cycle means 2 months use karne ke baad 1 month off kar dena. 2 On 1 Off 2 On 1 Off.... aise use karte raho to kabhi koi problem nahi hoga. Ye safe hai.

If you are in USA, you have many other options too. If you want to use Citrulline Malate then go for PrimaForce Citrulline Malate or MyProtein Citrulline Malate. Both are good and effective. If you want to use only Citrulline, then go for Kaged Muscle Citrulline or Evlution Nutrition Citrulline.

It depends on person to person. Everyone has his own opinion. But as per clinical researches, citrulline malate is more effective than arginine. You should purchase a sample and use it to see the effects. This is the best method. And... arginine and citrulline together is not a good idea. Yes you can use one in morning and one in evening, maintain a gap. But together, in one drink, is not a good idea. Note - Pump is beneficial only if you provide extra amino acids to muscles during workout. So if you are using arginine/citrulline before workout... add a few grams of amino acids too.

Arginine muscle pump karta hai lekin muscle pump karne se benefit nahi hota. Agar muscle pump karna hai to arginine ke sath amino acids add karo. Fir sahi result milega. Arginine and Citrulline ke kaun se supplements use karte ho, please tell me names. Citrulline ke sath kya add karte ho and workout se kitna time pahle use karte ho. Aap ye detail do fir hum dekhte hain ki citrulline kaam kyu nahi kar raha, kya reason hai.

@@VikasDhavariaOfficial I used Healtyhey raw cittruline for a week nothing happenge later added beta allanine nothing happened only tingling was there...later tried raw arginine it was too good now i am using GAT l arginine two capsules getting super pump...alo i had pre workout of Pre gayor (Brand) which hai 4gms cittrulline which did not give anu pump.

Arginine “pump” ke liye acha kaam karta hai. Is mein koi doubt nahi hai. Gat is a good brand. Lekin main ye find nahi kar paya ki citrulline aapke liye kaam kyu nahi kar raha. Agar arginine kaam karta hai to citrulline bhi kaam karna chahiye. I am really sorry brother. Mujhe is par kuch research karni padegi tabhi main kuch answer de paunga. Whey protein, EAA and BCAA mein sara game speed ka hai. Whey protein ki speed kum hai EAAs se. Body protein ko digest karke amino acids mein convert karti hai. Fir body un amino acids ko body ke amino acids ke sath mix karke new amino acids banati hai jo kaam karte hain. EAAs aur BCAAs pre-digested amino acids hain jo whey protein se fast hote hain. Difference bahut Jayda nahi hai, isliye normal fitness lovers ko jyada dhyan dene ki need nahi hai, lekin professional bodybuilders ko dhyan dena padta hai. Second matter hai combination ka. BCAAs ke sath koi bhi other amino acids add kar doge to body ki BCAAs ko digest and use karne ki capacity badh jati hai. So BCAAs+Other Aminos are a good choice. Ultimate ke amino capsules itne better nahi hain. Is se acha hai aap powder form mein amino use karo. 10 gram EAAs + 10 gram Glucose + 400 ml Water. Ye combination use karo. Is se better result milega.
