2021. Dallas, You are so truly talented. It's so beautiful. I first started listening to you when you were a one-man-band; harmonica, tambourine, guitar and mic. I will listen to your music until I die. Thank you for every note and word you've given us.

Beautiful. Just beautiful. I've been listening to City and Colour since I was a freshman in high school. I'm 24 now and I'm glad that I've had this man's beautiful songs to help me through things that I thought were going to break me. Thank you, Dallas Green. For real.

In an interview somewhere on youtube Dallas said his guitar was a Martin from the 1930s/1940s. He said it was a cheaper model for the time so it was affordable but even being a cheap guitar the craftsmanship put into makes it such a great sounding guitar.

Last night I dreamt that they dropped a bomb Oh the sea ran dry and the winds had calmed Skyscrapers fell, they all turned to dust, Their skeletons of steel were covered in rust And everything I loved and feared had all at once disappeared Oh everything I loved and feared had all at once disappeared Colours were drained straight from the sky And nothing living had survived The mountains were merely removed from the earth Silver and gold had lost all its worth And everything I loved and feared had all at once disappeared Oh everything I loved and feared had all at once disappeared I woke from the dream in a cold, cold sweat I was full of doubt and deep regret, Suddenly it was so clear to me; There was nothing left in which to believe And everything I loved and feared had all at once disappeared Oh everything I loved and feared had all at once disappeared

Yea, that's a lower-end Martin from 1944. I remember he mentioned it in a live stream last year. He said he likes those older guitars because of their craftsmanship, which isn't quite as good these days.
