I just had a son with my wife, its our first. July 29, we named him Dallas after you. Your music was very much my only vice at 17-22, it helped me through a lot, I spent hours strumming and singing your tunes as well as listen to them on loop. I'm now 31 and have never stopped listening. I can't wait to get little Daley to a show one day. Hopefully another Australian tour is in the winds. Maybe, when you play that upcoming festival in Queensland 😉. Thanks for everything, eagerly waiting for this video, 6 hours to go.

Don't wake me when this is over Just let me drift amidst my dreams I need to regain composure And right now my heart is still and asleep I refuse to believe That we've become so obsolete Don't wake me when this is over 'Cause I need to find the time lost in between If we get back (get back) To lovin' each other (lovin' each other) Can we get back (get back) To learnin' how to live? We are strangers in this land With so much left to discover Can we get back To learnin' how to live? We look to the heavens above for advice on our lives Searching for God at the bottoms of bottles and in strangers' eyes We're living in desperation, drowning in medication Lost in the folly of our age If we get back (get back) To lovin' each other (lovin' each other) Can we get back (get back) To learnin' how to live? We are strangers in this land With so much left to discover Can we get back To learnin' how to live? We are strangers in this land We are strangers in this land

Dallas do you remember at all playing at the fox theatre in Pomona about ten years ago. And you started the show with nutshell. Well the last song you played you like asked us to sing with you and I was the only one that really did. And I believe you heard me from the second story of the theatre. Or maybe I just wanted to think you heard me. But I def got your attention. Love you man. On the New Alexisonfire album "blue spade" is great work dude. As for your new album I just wanted to say that I lost my best friend myself man. I lost my best friend and 3 of my family members died in the helicopter with Kobe Bryant. All within a couple of months. The following year criminals would take my identity steal my stimulus money. I'm homeless now and " still they say this is how it's meant to be". I love you man. Dont slow down. - Joe Collins
