You were a bit late. U should deleted the old 503 before midnight. The schedule thingy is a good thing. But I could assign a bus for both morning shift and evening shift. And the drivers are available to you if the first shift is over😊

Gotcha, yeah I figured maybe I was a tad late with it. I do like the schedule thing, it helps a great deal when you're dealing with a lot of buses. It's a shame you can't assign the ones you want, such as the C1 for example, and then click autoassign to do the rest.

Once all your mechanics are fully trained with relevant research, your buses rarely need touching. Once you get to that level, you can flip buses. Buy shitheaps, fix them up and sell them for like a 5 grand profit

Great episode Joe! Also, I agree with you and I think having driver changes at the termini of routes would be a great idea! (and is very realistic) Maybe you can just tell the devs to add "driver changes on bus routes/at the termini"?

Note you don’t have to delete the route to extend it😄 If the start and the end are the same you can select a stop on the list and it’ll add anymore beneath it, and then carry on where it left off

How difficult would it be to design a ton of liveries per bus but each one has a different advertisement on it. It would take a lot of time which I think you don’t have but would look kinda cool.

Hang on im a slight bit confused. So why for the 503 is there 2 timetables On a Saturday and Monday-Friday?????

For Mon-Sat the first timetable starts at 0600 until 2300 (2 buses running on the hour every hour (route is longer than 1 hour so a second bus gets assigned)) the 2nd timetable for Mon-sat starts at 7:30 until 22.30 (2 buses running every hour at every half past. So effectively a bus every half hour from 7.30 to 23.00 and no change to that during the rush hours. He could have set one just one timetable from 0600 to 2300 with 30 min intervals but that would have put one extra bus on at 6.30. Why that wasn't desired I have no idea. Similar for Sat Also if you cancel a route, it still runs for a while, hence the 2 buses running at the same time at one point. Also selecting the 'allow bus routes changes within a shift' option on the timetable page, keeps the buses out of the depot for longer and makes scheduling easier, but it can create some extraordinary long shifts for the drivers.
