It's not usually citizens that come to Council, it's developers that didn't get approval from the area commissions.

Lets see these building designs get shown to "All of The Residents who "own" in the neighborhoods by taking this to our Public Libraries instead of asking people to come downtown.. I absolutely abhor driving downtown no matter if its free parking or not and from what I can tell it is by appointment only which is inconvenient. Bring it to the people. Anna In Ohio

The zoning maps I've saw, are not enough. They are too narrow, they are drawn along major roads. They need to expand past them. As well, we need to reduce focus on big box store and encentivize smaller stores. A lot of ghost markets because targets, Walmart, krogers, etc out priced them. Then raised prices. There also needs to be some parks for people to walk to. Maybe a street car/bike path that goes from a community to a bigger park. Not community to the city, COTA has that covered.

well they not maintain the bike path we got now. cota linke us want put bike path in but say will not maintain or pay for up keep. not to mention brt road maintenance will cost more then rail is cheaper to maintenance. a road need replaced like every 5 yrs dun to weight of the bus ,rail got lifespan of 75 yrs . it is cheaper built road way down side road maintenance will cost more .
