4k Nature Walk - Wine Glass Road in early Spring - City Walks Virtual Walking Tours

Today we take a pleasant afternoon stroll down the Wine Glass area. We start up high and make our way down hill to the highway with glorious sunny views all around. The snowy Montana mountains do not disappoint today. The snow is melting down low but the peaks are still heavy with winter's bounty.
I hope you enjoy our little nature walk on your treadmill or exercise machine as a nice distraction from your workout our just relax to the scenes of rural Montana.

Thank you again Henry for this walk! I dedicated a song to a young guy who used to live on the Wineglass named “Stowman” I lived & worked on other side of the crazies . You are on point about the cold , I ranched in that weather 🥶I miss friends and music there! My yard was a sanctuary for bluebirds and the houses were like mini log cabins. Hoping to travel and use my passport one day if my books sell well.

Thanks for the walk, Henry. I was happy you caught a glimpse of a species of bird I am not familiar with. Just started seeing American Robins here about a week ago. I'd request a bird-centric walk, but that is as much up to the birds as it is to you. You do film a fair amount of birds, and I am always grateful to see them, especially since, sadly, statistics show a steep decline in bird populations. Take care.

Hi Tom, good to hear from you. Yes I love seeing birds as well. As you mentioned, it would be a challenge to make a bird centric walk, primarily because the cameras are used don’t have zoom lenses. Still, I’ll have to try to do a River sidewalk one spring morning to see if we can at least hear some of the birds. Glad you enjoyed seeing them. All the best -H

Enjoyed the walk Henry!! Thank you! I am trying to figure out how to look up all the walks you have done. So far, I have just clicked on whatever is out there, but now I have seen most of them. I just heard you talk about tabs and I don’t know what that is. I like the ones that are where you talk, plus want to see ones I haven’t seen yet. Still trying to figure it out.
