You're forgetting the s tier teddy play. Liang with city parks gives plus 2 appeal to adjacent tiles. So you can do a Liang tour and make every tile breathtaking

I love building desert preserves with Nazca lines in between to boost the appeal more. You usually have to wait until eiffel tower can give you enough of a boost to get the breathtaking yields, but it gives really fun yields and the desert preserve has a really nice design to it.

I cannot understand this, but 7 out of 100 starts. You somehow get far enough from the AI and do not explore to find them. I recently played a deity game, where Cree had a ready made Ruhr valley already prior to Industrial era, but they where LUCKILY far, far, FAR away in a huge map.
