John H. Beisner, Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Robert S. Peck, President of the Center for Constitutional Litigation joined moderator Donald J. Kochan at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School for a preview of the Supreme Court's upcoming term.
The panelists previewed some of the most interesting and potentially consequential cases for the coming year. They focused on the civil justice-related cases on the docket, the cases where economic analysis is most at play, and those cases likely to have the most substantial economic impact or require adjustment to business activity. The webinar ended with a Q&A with questions taken from both the in-person and online audience.
