@@HallowedError sadly no , the release version will only be tiny small & standard , only 5 player limit in multiplayer (and im pretty sure it includes AI players too )

FYI when you select a town specialization it stops growing unless you switch it back to growing town

Tiny maps/small and medium maps suck. I'm used to playing huge maps with 12 to max civs normally .I even used to use the bigger mod until it started fuckin up.

Eh it looks pretty and the new mechanics will be fun to mess with but for me Civ peaked with Civ IV. The only one I still keep going back to even after all these years.

Couldn’t disagree more. Civ vi was many people’s favorite. And in some years with more civs and leaders and game expansions later, I have no doubt VII could be the best one. Graphics wise it’s clearly already better than any other.

@@TheStamford1970 AI has been pretty hopeless in all iterations. I don't really like 6 because I don't want to think about where I place every building/district within a city. That's one mechanism too much for me. And civ 4 was too long to play. Best ones were 1,2 and 5 for me (but 1 and 2 are dated now.)

Civ 7.. The Wokening... You can't even play your own civ to completion, nope you have to switch it up and play from other perspectives. For the modern audience.

Can't stick with a single civilisation for the whole game, forced to change when you change eras.. no religion, no workers, cannot choose from all of the leaders at the start of the game, need a DLC to go past 1950, leaders no longer fixed to a nation, so Egypt can be led by Roosevelt :), no religion , and the graphics look exactly the same as the previous game , wait this game will be on sale in a few months

What? Unless you're talking about leaders locked behind dlc then sure but all leaders are unlocked you don't have to do challenges or something to get them. No workers is a good thing. And how tf does this look the same as civ 6 that shit was cartoony as fuck. Have you not played since 5 or something?
