We are failing to understand whether Honorable CJ is in consultation mode or Judgement mode. After month plus long running case, there is growing feeling that there is only one to one discussion happening between SC and sibbal. And now it seems that probably SC team is looking confused whether sibbal is defending WB Gov cum culprit/ criminal ..... or..... defending unfortunate doctor family. Sibbal guy is actually defending culprit by defending WB gov in front. In reality it seems SC knows all this but is happy in pretending self- confused

Why did the government fail to take precautionary actions for safety and comfort 7:18 long back when so much was invested in modernisation of the hospitals? Law Chakra seems to pick and choose Hon'ble CJI's comments merely to show Sh. Kapil Sibal in poor light. Please keep in mind that the CJI has to appear fair and just to all parties in the litigation and also to arrive at the truth and veracity of any matter. Thankfully there are other channels that report the proceedings without any headline manipulation and the viewer can see the context of any remark made by the court. Please be fair minded. People will appreciate it.
