Oh well, at least you got it back! You're pretty lucky. Ar first surviving the crazy crash into the canyon and then this recovery. Things come and go as they say it. If i was you I'd have kept it and rebuilt it with race fairings. The switch is already there just like on a race bike. On track you could learn way more about riding than in the canyons, and with way less risk of dying!

Happy for you mine was stolen in 2017 and infortunatle we live in poor country and no luck i never ride since than. It was cbr 400 with changed outlook the front was from suzuki k5 600 with the light and everything the tail was from yamaha r1 1999 I really loved my Frankechtain. :D

No they will have over $1500 in selling fees, copart just destroys buyers with fees. My dad bought a $300 scooter from that website and it ended up being like $600 or $800 after fees. Also that frame is damaged and drilled, sure someone could have it professionally welded, but its still sketchy (and I weld frames all the time, but they are steal). I wouldn't even be worried about the ignition, most of the vehicles my family has can start with a screw driver, that's not even the main issue I see with it.

Most of the time they do not list the damage correctly. They got ChaseOnTwoWheels also when he purchased one. Had frame damage that wasn’t listed and he had to swap to a new frame.

Me thinking I need to get around to spray painting my car... People do spray paint their bikes, my other bike I have sprayed my spokes so that as they rotate when viewed from the rear at the bottom they alternate from black and green, to white and green when viewed from the front, I don't think anyone else has done this, but its a cool optical illusion. Also when viewed stationary its always black and green on bottom and white and green on top as it rotates. Only complicated part was taking off all the spokes and relacing my wheels. My racing mower looks pretty nice with about 7 different colors and geometric patterns and race stripes (as well as chrome smokestack from a semi-truck, and slammed hood, electroluminescent lights, chrome seat, and since lights are banned in racing the light button turns on a pump to dispense your favorite beverage. It took about a month of painting, but its mostly spray paints. You can also do carbon fiber patterns or fish scale patterns by using certain fabrics with weaves to mask off, and spray paint also works great for that. So why the dissing of spray paint?

Even at on the bottom triple clamp mount there is a collection of metal shavings. That area moves on the bike constantly. Those shavings would have been blown off or swept off by the frame neck which connects the triple tree and frame and pivots with the movement of the bars.

@@CJMediaOfficial I've watched you for the better part of a year or more now. Even watched the Kia rebuild. I enjoy your content. Just saying it seems odd that the shavings remain on the bike, especially on constantly moving places and areas that make contact and wind exposed areas. after the amount of time and distance its been. Generally, that's not how a steering lock is broken on a bike either. Like you said, it appears like this person has some sort of criminal intelligence from the wiring they did on the ignition so its probably not the first. As previously stated too, they took the time to take off the body work. They took the time to drill a quite big hole in one of the strongest parts of the frame. But they didn't bother to paint the gaping silver hole black or wipe off the shavings? Just a rather odd situation. For where it was stolen, how much time it was away, how many miles it went, being towed at least twice, and the attention to detail, for lack of better words of the thief. It's pretty interesting. Could be wrong because based on your videos you do present yourself in a more positive light. But positive sounding people on KZbin have done shady things before so it's not impossible. I don't know you off camera and you don't know me. And tbh it doesn't really matter if it is fraud. I don't care enough to do anything more than watch a video and comment. It's just an observation
