Why remove the hub nut if you are pulling the hub and axle together?

Are you sure the c clip goes on the top ball joint and not the lower ? My kit came with the c-clip in the lower ball joint hardware..

What do you use to grease these Alloy lower ball joints? There is next to no clearance to get to the zerk. If I don't get to them soon, I'll have to replace the darn things.
