The rules are simple: one, whoever draws the shortest straw enters first. Two, no lights except your jar of fireflies. And three, whoever finds the complete collection of cards hidden in the house becomes the gang leader. Do you accept the challenge?

I like everything about this. The 2-D/3-D art design is fun and different. The sound design is great-- the rifling sounds, the sniffing ghost 😆, the fireflies in the jar, the items which unexpectedly make loud noise, etc., all really enhance the tension and the overall experience. Having a choice of three playable characters, all with different characteristics, adds a bit of strategy. And I like the touch of humor...Deadjamin lol. What a fun 34 minutes! Pretty awesome how CJU lasted as long as he did with Benjamin, the only character with a designated handicap. Beating the whole game with that character and using no deodorant should unlock a special good ending. #SweatyBoys

@@thefighterinhades Using only him through out the game even with deodorant isn't possible since you start off with no money and you can't spend any of what you find until the player that finds it dies.

What a great little game! Reminds me of Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion with the 2D assets. The jar of fireflies is way more effective than most flashlights in horror games!

You could use cookies to satisfy the ghost combining it with desodorants it is pretty powerful combination, when the ghost is in room with you, you equip the cookie and the ghost goes away.

I like to think that each kid has a go pro live feed or something so the other kids outside can see what's going on the whole time. Maybe that's why Paul is freaking the fuck out at the end with the heavy breathing the whole time lol Loved this game! It was well polished and very effective at stressing you out. This was real cute! I have a soft spot for 2D art in a 3D world, always nice to see that style. Funny that Nora apparently didn't bother Paul's brother when he hid the cards though :) Excellent choice to show off.

The heavy breathing bug reminds me so much of the "Shaun!!!" bug in Heavy Rain, where Ethan just will not stop yelling Shaun for the entirety of the game, and that makes me laugh more than it should. 😂😂

I enjoyed this as it was actually something a little different. So many of these "horror" games are dull corridor simulations with a monster that has the brain of an ant on crack. Nothing happens apart from shoehorned jump scares.

Interesting game, the smelling your sweat mechanic is something I haven’t seen before. Right before you died with the second kid, there was a portable fan on the desk. I wonder if it was a useable item to lower your sweat level? My only quibble is with the jar of fireflies as a light source; they don’t stay continuously lit.

Very neat game! It was tense but I'm relieved that no loud jumpscares are in this game. I hate horror games with only jumpscares. I like psychologically horror games more. The graphics are cool as well. Well Played Chris!

Hmm I think that it is a tad bit too harsh that your sweat meter rises when hiding considering that you don't have starting money at the beginning. Well if their traits would be randomized with more variety then I wouldn't mind that harshness. Style is great though.

The song playing at 17:43 is called “Close To You” by the Carpenters. I assume the developer chose that song based on the title and lyrics. Very clever and creepy.

What an immersive and stylish game, with exceptional playthrough Chris! 💌💌💌 It is not a coincidence, that Navarro's games are taking inspirations from the classic source materials, like with the "Midnight Scenes" there was a definitive influence of "The Twilight Zone", meanwhile this has more of that "The Goonies" and "Stranger Things" vibes to it.
