Love the bits of history you narrate... the foods look familiar yet I am sure they taste very unique. Would love to visit someday

We live in Saigon for 9 years and the last 5 in Cholon Wholesale market. My wife is Taiwanese and can speak / negotiate in Mandarin and Cantonese, making life super easy and cheap. We appreciate tour guides whom bring tourists to world’s biggest square size China town.

Super well done bro on the insightful intro plus the b-rolls which adds so much to the story behind Chinatown and Hoa clan. I seldom visit D5 or Chinatown in Saigon unfortunately as my tummy always look for traditional Vietnamese flavors.
