A new spin on a classic dish! Gluten intolerant and gouty, I should NEVER eat this, but when I see it on a menu, this is what I order. Hm, I might try this one if I can find any clams here! (Maybe with the Italians at the market.) White clam sauce has a distinctive flavor. I usually overeat when I have this dish. I JUST CAN'T STOP EATING! Yay!! Uprated.

@pastryparrot1 I will look again for your more personal channel. Not been able to find it yet! I don't know why clams taste so good in pasta like this, especially a "white sauce." I also don't know why the French are so disinterested in clams, cuz they have many great varieties here! They tend to eat pasta totally plain here. They go gaga over oysters, and I tell you, I really don't like French oysters! They taste like tears and are too rich. I loved them in the USA, OMG!
