The European insurance systems work. Slightly more expensive but much better outcomes. The US system is a failure. At its best it is the best in the world. But its best is rare. Much of the spending in the US is wasted on malpractice insurance and payouts.

This guy writes amazing material, but he needs to work on his delivery. Many of these jokes should have had me incapacitated by laughter, but most elicited a less visceral reaction due to the delivery. He should have friends who are better at delivery tell his jokes to him so he can improve his delivery.
