What if, for example I have 4 photo references, what if I draw these 4 and use as reference for the 5-min then 10-min and so on poses. Is that okay?

I listen to an art talk on Sunday morning by 2 artists who both say that unless someone uses line they are not a real draughtsman. What do you think? He's 90. They reference Holbein, DaVinci, Rembrandt among others.

I think it depends on what you consider a draughtsman and what you consider to be drawing. That sounds basic, but people have wildly different definitions! -Lauryn, Art Prof Teaching Artist
