I think it is pity cause Benoit was/is such a nice, loyal and genuine guy. She says “You’re the only one who reached out to me.” which means she’s trying real hard to cover up that SHE reached out to someone (a.k.a. Dale). The way she greeted Dale from the limo, we know they had been DMing bc they were talking a lot before he even said his name. She made it super obvious that she broke the rules & that’s why Chris Harrison is saying she flipped the show. She DM’ed Dale during quarantine & stalked his socials to see that she was into him. She built him up and that’s why she was shocked that he actually looked and seemed as good as his social profiles. Claire broke the rules & Nick Viall has basically confirmed that with Lauren Zima (who has confirmed it with Chris Harrison).

I am so off Clare after she crept out in the dark on Juan P season and seduced him, believing that was how to get ahead of her competition. Now, everything.she does bugs me, including the weird whatever she’s done to her chest. During Juan’s season I was at my physio at UBC Sports Med and a former teammate of Juan’s was joking about Juan having a revolving door of women for sex after games and that he was broke and only went on the show for $ to pay off his debts. Clare wasted her seduction. I don’t think she’s very bright.

Also, while I would love to see that this process worked for Claire and the crazy “I just met my husband comment” turns out to be true, I thought it was very disrespectful to all the guys who were there for her to essentially say she has found her husband while continuing to string these men along. Multiple time she stated “she sees her husband in that room” during her speeches, and you can see these guys’s faces, how excited they looked...they probably thought they stood a chance. I can’t imagine what they’re thinking and feeling looking back at the episodes now...If I was them I would be pissed. I think the conversation between Chris and Claire where he says “this doesn’t end well for anybody” is to give Claire a wake up call and bluntly say... you are favoring Dale in front of everybody and all the men are noticing and they’re not happy and it’s not gonna end well. She probably had sex with Dale before fantasy suites which adds to the men feeling frustrated. I’m not suggesting that Claire be disingenuous and lie about her feelings throughout the show just to have a “whole” season, but at the same time if she really thought she found her “husband” and TOLD all of America that... then how can you stay on the show for weeks at a time and string these men on? And we know at least one or two of these men could catch feelings during this time... She said to Juan Pablo “you could have told me at any point in time you weren’t feeling me. I don’t respect you anymore...” but then goes ahead and pulls a Juan Pablo by leading her cast on.

Lisa Nowak - the astronaut who wore diapers to avoid bathroom breaks to drive across country to attack her ex's girlfriend (she was dubbed the "astro-nut"). So Jess was totally right. I remember my mom telling me that story and I thought she was lying it was so bizarre! Apparently Natalie Portman also played her in the movie version of the story, "Lucy in the Sky." edit: Dale is smokin' hot. O. M. G. One of the most insanely attractive men (all around) that I have ever seen. Clare literally had no chill with Dale. It was hard to watch a few times and I agree with Jess that it was so intense. Man, I feel like Jess and I are on the same wavelength as I thought the exact same thing about the dogs and who they were drawn to.

Like in Arie's season, Tia was crying and clearly uncomfortable bc she didn't want to wear a thong and dance in front of a large audience at the moulin rouge and the show made her look difficult and a baby. Of course they talked her into it. But not everybody is comfortable showing their bodies in public. And they did this to Andi dorfman....she didn't want to pose naked for a calendar bc she didn't want it to affect her career. I remember her sobbing about it but they talked her into it. Sometimes the peer pressure on this show is disgusting. It seems like you don't get to sit out.....they just talk you into it. Some people have no issue with nudity but some people feel like being naked is very personal and vulnerable and don't want to expose themselves to just anyone.

Something super interesting to think about is how the rumors can often be true, but not in the same way we expect. The Tayshia information may be true, but the timeline might not be what we expect!

I still think it’s possible she had interaction with Dale prior to filming. The way she said “get over here” or something like that when he stepped out, just seemed familiar like she’d been waiting to meet him face to face. Then after he walked away she goes “I knew it.” 🤔 Unless that feeling was just based on her stalking his profile online prior to filming. I don’t know. I was rolling when you guys were imitating her reaction to meeting him though. I hate to say it but I just don’t think this process works for her after seeing that. He seems like a nice guy, but that’s way too much pressure to put on someone, and now I don’t think it can ever work. Clare being a mature woman with life experience should be able to step back and keep some perspective. Instead she’s acting super impulsively and completely writes off 30 of the 31 guys on night one. I think it Is going to be a lot like the Kaitlyn and Britt ‘s season. Where I think that Claire will choose Dale they will sleep together and instead of ending the season what they are going to do is move Claire and Dale into like their own sort of permanent bachelor in paradise fantasy suite and then bring Taysha in as the bachelorette. And sort of keep up with them all throughout the season while Taysha has her own season.
