Big respect to the animal kid, I know closely someone who has MS and it's tough at times even with early meds. Being able to train somewhat consistently to reach results like that is impressive.

Terrible disease to have, my aunt became paralysed shortly after diagnosis in her early 30's. His strength levels & consistent training will help him alot in the long run in managing symptoms. I sincerely wish all the best for him, and that his disease progression is extremely slow, or minimal.

He should look up thiamin supplementation. A lot of the time when it comes to nervous system diseases or similar things it's actually due to micronutrient deficiencies. No bs

2:34 looking at the rules on the wall, why is it considered bad practice to step over a barbell?
