8:33 I use that but it does not come out the tube like it's showing on the back of your hand. What am I doing wrong as I find it hard to lather it up.

How do you apply the products on the face ? As it doesn’t show and it’s not written on the product either . Do you use a cotton pad or ? And after the cleanse , do you apply cream ?

Also, do you rinse with water ? It would help more info on the products , the qr code on the bottle does not work
