I don’t usually comment on videos or on the internet at all but here goes: While doing this for the first time and during the last set of hold for over a minute… i didn’t think i could do it cause i barely held my breath on the first round. But thank God you knew exactly when you say along the lines “you got this, you’re doing fine relax” And so i held that breath. And then there was a unique brief experience of bright lights in my heads and a moment of bliss. And then finally the exhale. That was cool. Thanks Clark!

I have done somatic Breathwork a couple weeks ago. It is very similar in terms of breathing, however much much much longer. I believe the practitioner had me breathing for about 2-3 min like that before my first breath hold. At that point my body was going through all kinds of things. Somatic Breathwork has a trauma release purpose. Out of no where I started crying. My heart felt like it was breaking all over again from family issues years prior. The practitioner said that our bodies can physically hold on to traumas and this helped release it and allowed me to completely let go of the pain and hurt associated with it. This Breathwork does help, and unlike DMT or any other plant or animal medicines, if it is too much you can always stop breathing, with the medicines, you only get to stop when it is done with you. Thank you for the video

we are dmt. a different form of it, look up the chemical structures of Melatonin and NN-DMT. yes i'm convinced melatonin is dmt that has not been decarboxylated lol we also produce enzymes in our guts that stop dmt from doing anything to us called monoamine oxidase...why? this is why. when you go out into the sunlight that light blasts through your skin and lights up your insides... there are other enzymes in our guts that convert melatonin into serotonin but it needs sunlight, if you don't get sunlight your serotonin drop too zero.. but that is not the full process. the second part of serotonin production involves the light from your eyes that literally shines brighter onto the pineal, the gut conversion is only the first stage. literal light causes chemical conversion in the brain and gut. life itself it a hallucination lol we are light beings, waveforms lol

Substances are not inherently addictive at all. It’s ones susceptibility depending on life experiences such as trauma that is the actual smoking gun. Gabor Mate life long medical doctor and naturopath just put out a documentary and this stuff is heavy in it. And everyone has trauma to some extent; what we don’t have is a system that treats addiction scientifically; we just belittle criticize attack and neglect people with addictions and it just makes the trauma continue.

Negative thoughts start at "I'm tired" or "What a nightmare!" "I'm such a loser!" and quite often... "I want to kill myself." I was medicating sadness, fatigue and boredom like many others, with marijuana. This made the negative thoughts and the sadness increase. With microdosing psychedelics, suicidal thoughts disappeared but when I quit marijuana through revelations reached in breathwork I didn't need psychedelics from fungi anymore because I am producing them in my brain using breathwork exercise.

I'm curious, too! Would love to hear your experience and protocol! :)

@@chrschw-z3n For my weight, my microdose was .3 grams. First week I dosed twice a day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Once in the AM and once in the PM. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday I dosed once only in the AM. Every morning I woke up and took my dose. Did three rounds of breathing. Meditated for 7 minutes. Then carried on with my day as normal/usual. You can build a tolerance quick to psilocybin, so taking breaks in between dosing is very important. Plus when you take a break from dosing, you experience the sought after and coveted, "afterglow", sensation. After my first week of dosing I then took three days off from dosing but continued with the meditation and breathing exercises. After my three day break I dosed another 7 days in a row but only dosed one time a day each of those 7 days. Again, continue with the meditation and breathing exercises everyday. You never take breaks from that. For best results also incorporate cold showers everyday. First start your shower with warm/hot water. After washing yourself gradually decrease the water temperature until its the coldest possible, ending with the coldest. End your showers with 30 seconds of the coldest shower water possible, increase to 2 minutes. I took my dose by making capsules. Go to any local smoke shop and buy a scale (have the shop clerk calibrate the scale). Buy a coffee grinder. Go to your local vitamin store and buy empty capsules. Weigh your medicine to your dose size. Grind it in the coffee grinder. Stuff the medicine into the capsules (7-eleven straws work the best). I usually could stuff .3 grams of grinded medicine into two capsules. Consume your medicine, do three rounds of breathing exercises, meditate, and enjoy the healing my friends. This routine cured my major depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia. I've been prescribed 15 different psych meds over the last 10 years. When I started this microdosing routine in June 2021 I was on 4 different psych meds at once. I felt so great I tapered myself off all my psych meds in August 2021. I've been successfully off all meds and living symptom free ever since then. It's also helped me successfully quit vaping nicotine. I've been nicotine free since July 2021. This routine saved my life and the benefits has enriched all aspects of my life. I'm a better person, better dad, and better husband because of it.

Ok not only is everyone so positive in these comments, but did anyone else feel like they could hold their breath for those long periods of time with no effort
@Noneofyourbusiness-rq9jq4 жыл бұрын
It’s because you blew out large amounts of co2 which is the body’s signal to breath Free divers do it to hold their breath for over 10 mins sometimes. Nothing really special is happing when you breath is way You activate you parasympathetic system which is you flight or fight response . Any tingling you feel is a loss of oxygen in your extremitys. No DMT is being released. This is a very old breathing technique called tumo. Hope this is spelled correctly English is not my first language

I was blown away, this works and have actually found myself doing similar exercises on my own without knowing. Also as someone who has tried DMT I must say the body feeling is right there(vibrating from head to toe)but much more controlled, because it's our own, great stuff. Thanks man, your helping wake us up. We're all one in the same, we can change the game by doing whats righteous for those who are left with us.

@lukaswoehr16183 жыл бұрын
Yooo yeah these excercises are amazing. This was maybe like my 30th time doing it and I've had the tingling a few times for sure and feel very alive every time. But today I felt something different. I have never dont DMT personally, but in the last few seconds of the third round, I felt a rush of energy fire into my head and face and I felt super awake and present, with tingling and some ringing for sure, things sounded different for a tiny bit.
@user-ln7cc5yh4h3 жыл бұрын
I've also done DMT . I totally agree on this breath work having similar effects. Especially when you have a good round and are able to hold your breath with ease. I've found that anytime I do mushrooms my breathing gets super deep. I'll take like one breath per minute. It's made me question, is it the mushrooms that are getting me high or is it the mushrooms guiding my breath and that's why I'm getting high. Maybe a little bit of both lol but you most definitely can get really high off just your breath. 💙

Anyone tried inducing it after a lucid dream? I usually have kaleidoscopic tunnel hallucination, disembodied tractal faces spawning from nothing and morphing/blending back into the background, sometimes it was writhing "breathing" tangled serpentine mass (similar to youtube video describing an ayahuasca trip experience). The farthest i went is when I was near the end of the "tunnel" (i never made it passed through). There was this formless hole in the "kaleidoscope" And on the otherside I say a place like a garden lawn and it was like morning or noon time or something, it's not a "fractal" space anymore but looks more like a real place. it's like looking outside at your garden lawn, from a hole in a wall.

the tingling is a lack of CO2 in the body, needed to get oxygen into the body. short shallow breathing is the exact opposite thing you need to rid yourself of anxiety. and holding the breath in at the end when your capillaries and arteries are weakened is a joke. if you want to fix yourself, do BUTEYKO and watch a bit of alan watts 15 mins guided med, control your breathing with your stomach, your breath will become ever so powerful, one tiny push of the stomach can sustain you for minutes. this is pure BS, 100%. i have no agenda or reason to lie.

anxiety is triggered by bad thoughts or a disturbance in the breath. anxiety is SOLVED when you can breathe normally, using your diaphragm, slow deep long breaths, the complete opposite to what this guy talks about. he is ridding the body of CO2, needed to help red blood cells get oxygen from the lungs... you're been duped sir. control your diaphragm when anxiety is triggered and reverse your bodies tension, stretch and your tightness and the mind clears itself up. there is no good from doing this video and ill put my life on that.

The laughing is a defense response to brain damage from oxygen deprivation. People relax because their entire body and brain increases oxygen efficiency and reduces excitement to increase oxygen efficiency because it is trying to spend less oxygen. This does help long term, but short term it might cause brain damage. People who are suffering from low blood pressure stand up suddenly, the reduced blood flow to their brain triggers some to hallucinate. Its from oxygen deprivation causing brain damage. Why they hallucinate tho is because psychedelics technically simulate brain damage, they impede regular brain functioning. But they don't damage the brain, they cause growth to happen, when used properly, because of your brains defense mechanism activating to compensate for the impeded circuits. Which is why it boosts creativity, it literally forces you to be creative.

Thank you. You’re a great teacher and facilitator. I could feel my body panicking with holding the breath, but I was able to hold it longer with the second and third practice. I’m excited to grow the muscle of being comfortable with holding the breath. ❤

Bro, you just introduced me to myself. Never felt such levels of gratitude and Love. I think the breath work simulates the dying process. Pure stuff. Blessings blessings blessings

Do this whenever you crave a cigarette but you want to quit smoking. It works wonders! It is so calming. Usually when you want nicotine you get nervous and/or anxious, but this breathing exercise calms you down way more than a cigarette would. What a relief😌.

Very sound advice ! Little bonus trick for our not so simple minds : replace the negative thought of "i must resisting the craving" with a positive thought on how the quality of your breathing has improved since you quit. Rewire the associations. Best trick i know, really. Relapses happens, don't guilt trip and get back on horse until the cravings are a distant memory.
