When I was a child, My father used to accompany me in the farm and used to teach me all the breathing techniques and meditation. As a child, all the people used to say that this boy is very very calm but wise. Even my teachers were amazed. After age of 15, i started absorbing some negativity from the world and stopped meditation. Now, I'm 22 and again on the right path.

B3 is the default/NORMAL breathing mode (feel the air flowing on the inside or tip of the nostrils). Meditator should be in this mode(distraction or strong feeling that occur during could be countered using B2 or B1 below) B2 is slow/deep breathing 3 times (repeat as necessary)--> this method is used to interrupt slight distraction. When the distraction subsides go back to B3 aka NORMAL breathing B1 is fast+strong+shallow breath --> done 5 to 8 times (repeat as necessary and always focus on the inside of the nostrils) --> this technique is used to interrupt strong feeling that occurs during your meditation. When the strong feeling subsides go back to B3 aka NORMAL breathing -- hope this helps -- 😃

Starts from the third technique to the first. 3rd technique; Focus on your breath touching your nostrils as you breathe in and out. When to use? - This is just a series of normal breaths with a focus on your nostrils. Should be seen as your baseline breathing sequence, for the majority of the meditation session. The other two techniques are made for intrusive and negative thoughts. 2nd technique; Focus on your breath touching your nostrils but take long deep breaths. When to use? -When negative thoughts and emotions making u lose control 1st technique; This is a series of quick breaths through the nostrils When to use it? Used for strong negative thoughts that is difficult to stop, allows meditator to take back control of the mind. Practitioner states techniques two or three may not meditator to apply the entire session. Just used when needed and technique one is used the majority of the meditation session.

Assuming this video is not also an ad for their “donation based“ web service, either you don’t know you’re paying, or someone else is paying for you. Monks can work for free because they give up having a family, among other things. You need slaves, to have things for free. And one thing that makes good slaves is to brainwash them so that they don’t think about what they had before (past) or what the rest of their life will be like (future). Anyway, it’s also good for normal people to learn how to pacify their mind in a world that’s bombarding us with stimuli, wishful thinking, fear, etc.

I felt suffocating meditating before, now Idk why but it felt much better 🙇♂️🙇♂️🙇♂️

Thank you... I practice Zazen and concentrate on the breath... However, your technique gives a door to control I have not considered before. I find myself becoming frustrated when my mind goes into a day dream, or I start salving problems... Always before I had to pull myself back to the breath and I would be angry that my mind had taken me away from my practice. The tools of B1 and B2 are just what I needed to learn at this time. Again Thank you for taking the time to teach. My teacher said to me that we do not meditate for ourselves. We Practice for everyone and in so doing elevate all people. I am glad he was not the only one who saw this truth Teacher.

Most of us know how to be everywhere, how to handle every situation . It's only that we are focusing either on whether a certain technique works or not. And, we don't have to bring conclusions to anything. Sometimes failures brings that low emotional energy which holds us in that negativity and resentment builds. Instead, we must just walk forward with our weapons as the techniques and mistakes as Safety manuals. All the fear, desire to be loved will be over when we realise we are love . And all our enemies and us will be loving to each other on the other side . Peace y'all
